Direct debit ()

In order to set up your Direct Debit instruction you will need to complete all the details on this form. If you do not hold a UK bank account, please contact the membership department by emailing: membership@nautilusint.org. If this is a sole personal or other account where you are the only person required to authorise direct debits on it, continue with the set-up procedure below. Alternatively, you can print this on-screen direct debit instruction and post it to us or scan and email back. membership@nautilusint.org.

The details of your direct debit instruction will be sent to you within 3 working days or no later than 10 working days before the first collection.

Bank and building societies may not accept direct debit instructions for some types of account.

Direct Debit Guarantee

The direct debit guarantee

  • This guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay direct debits
  • If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your direct debit, Nautilus International will notify you 20 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request Nautilus International to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request.
  • If an error is made in the payment of your direct debit, by Nautilus International or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society – if you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when Nautilus International asks you to.
  • You can cancel a direct debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify us.
