UK National Minimum Wage

Nautilus guidance for seafarers on their entitlement to the UK National Minimum Wage (NMW). The UK government issued guidance in January 2018, explaining how the National Minimum Wage Act 1998 applies to seafarers. It also announced that it would be enhancing enforcement of the NMW.
